Shipping and refund policies

Shipping info:

I have the shipping rates set according to the cheapest it could be for me to send to each province. Simply choose the option that includes your province (and expedited or express). I cover any extra for more remote locations and bigger packages. We currently only ship within Canada, apologies to any international friends!

Orders will be processed within 3 business days.

Sustainability is really important to me. I use packaging that is made from recycled materials, and that is recyclable or biodegradable wherever possible. I also sometimes reuse the packaging that comes with the items I order. I plan to continue to improve this aspect and am researching and testing options currently. Feel free to give me feedback or ideas on how to do it better!

Please understand that once your order ships we are no longer in control of what happens to your items, however, if an item gets lost during shipment, we will reach out to Canada Post to try to help resolve the issue. And if a package gets returned to sender (us), we will notify you, and reship it after confirming address and any other valid information.

You are responsible for any duty charges associated with your order.

Refund policy:

If you are not 100% happy with one of our products, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will do our best to help determine why the product does not work for you.

Due to the nature of the products, we can only accept returns if the package remains completely unopened. If the box is unopened and you wish to return an item, it must be within 30 days of purchase. In that case we would issue a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

There are a few circumstances where refunds or store credit may be issued. We retain the right to use our discretion and handle issues on a case by case basis.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 12 hours of purchase, and you will receive a full refund in that case. This is the only circumstance in which the shipping will be refunded.
