What it is:
An hour long online workshop all about:
-The herbs included in my Immune Tonic Syrup recipe (Reishi, Astragalus, Elderberry, Rosehip, Cinnamon) and why I chose them
-The process of making herbal syrups
-Dosage and how to take it most effectively
-For each herb, I’ll talk about properties and benefits, historical use, contraindications, info on how to best process them, scientific studies, a personal story, etc.
The kit to make it yourself is included, with all the herbs you need to make about 2 cups of syrup, and a recipe card to reference. There will be time for Q & A at the end of the workshop. I will also be available for support after the fact if you want a check in, if you have any questions, etc. This will be a fun, informative, workshop with a preventative, practical, and holistic point of view.
This is for you if:
If you want to try making an immune syrup yourself, but you want a little more support along the way. Maybe you’re curious about how these herbs. You want to get a little more in depth with how they actually work, and what other benefits they offer besides immune support. You’re building herbal skills that can transfer to other recipes and applications as well. Or you just want to have some social, herbal time!
