Immune System Basics -Free!

What it is:

A free one hour online workshop all about

-The basics of how our immune system works

-Some practical things we can do to help support healthy immune function

-A little about three herbs for the immune system, and how to use them most effectively.

The herbs we’ll talk about are Echinacea, Elderberry, and Reishi. There will be time for Q & A. This will be a fun and informative, fairly introductory workshop, looking at things with a preventative, practical, and holistic point of view. All are welcome!

How to sign up:

-Find the workshop on my products page

-Check out for $0

-I’ll send an email with the zoom link and details! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out through the Connect page:)

What it’s not:

It will not be medical advice, or recommendations for any specific illnesses.

The host:

Caitlin Vliet, the woman behind Bonobo Botanicals:)

I have been interested in plants, people, and how they interact for most of my life, and I’ve been studying it more seriously for the past 5 years. I have been running Bonobo Botanicals (a natural herbal products business) for 2 years.

I want to share the feeling of empowerment in being more involved in our own well being, the pleasure in making our own natural wellness and self care products, and the joy in feeling more connected to ourselves and our habitat. Let’s be happier, healthier humans!

Why this is free:

I’m just getting started with offering workshops, so for this year I’m planning to host one free workshop and two paid ones each month. Some will be offered multiple times. This will give me a chance to practice, build up my competence in teaching these subjects, and hopefully be helpful and fun for people!

The free events will be more accessible to those of you who might not be able to afford paid workshops right now, which means I can spread the herbal love a little farther. It means that you can get a feel for me, my vibe, and my point of view before investing in me. And, full disclosure, it’s easier to promote free events, and allows me to tell you a little about my other offerings. Don’t worry though, I will only spend a minute or two on self promotion. It will mostly be information, encouragement, and fun, herby time:)
